At the Corporation, our philosophy is inspired by cells. Just like cells in the human body, we divide our teams into cells, each with a specific purpose and function. This approach reflects the dynamic and collaborative nature of our work environment.
Just like in cells, we try to mimic the processes of mitosis and meiosis in our teams. In mitosis, cells divide and multiply, creating new identical cells. In the same way, our team cells evolve and grow, allowing new ideas and talents to be incorporated, strengthening and expanding our capabilities.
In meiosis, cells divide in a specialized way, resulting in daughter cells with unique and specific abilities. In the same way, our team cells specialize in their areas of expertise, harnessing the individual talents of each member to achieve specific and innovative goals.
This cell-based approach allows us to be agile, adaptable and efficient, while fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
